Alisha Finlay
Coordinator of Volunteers & Special Events
Ms. Finlay has a varied background in volunteer and professional positions. She gained her Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Information Systems from St. Joseph’s University in Brooklyn. Although she loves technology, Alisha prefers to be of service and work with local community organizations. Being an active community advocate in her Brooklyn Crown Heights community, Girl Scout Parent Volunteer for 7 years, along with volunteering with Black Girls Code as their Volunteer and Events Lead, it was a natural fit to join SCSP as their Coordinator of Events and Volunteers. Working with Seniors is also a full circle moment, because one of Alisha’s first full time positions was as a CNA in a Retirement Home.
Jahiah Wilson
Executive Director
Mr. Wilson is currently the Executive Director at Spring Creek Senior Partners. Mr. Wilson obtained his Social Work Degree from Adelphi University, along with a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from St. Joseph’s University. Mr. Wilson is a dedicated and enthusiastic team-oriented professional whose accomplishments reflect strong leadership skills and a demonstrated commitment to organizational growth. Adept at designing and implementing innovative programs that produce maximum results with minimal cost. Mr. Wilson is proficient at achieving goals and addressing challenges through cultivating relationships, staff development, researching new funding sources, and managing multiple budgets. Energetic member of the New York City community. Mr. Wilson is very passionate about providing exemplary care and services for the older adult population. Mr. Wilson has served on various boards and committees throughout his professional career.

Case Worker
Was born on Minsk, Belarus. Graduated from Brooklyn College with Batchelor of Arts (BA) Degree in Psychology. Have experience with Adult Protective Services.
Nafia Long
Clinical Caseworker
My name is Nafia Long. I am a Clinical Case Manager for Spring Creek Senior Partners. I attended CUNY Brooklyn College. Prior to Spring Creek I have prior shelter experience in assisting clients in navigating NYC’s difficult housing system and finding permanent housing. Here at Senior Partners, I manage a caseload of almost 200 clients, providing support in Senior living comfortable and stress-free lives.
Jasmine Jennings
Administrative Assistant
I am Jasmine Jennings, the Administrative Assistant at Spring Creek Senior Partners. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, lived in Spring Creek as a child, and graduated from P.S. 346. I love to dance, organize, and help out where I can. I really enjoy working for Spring Creek Senior Partners and with those in the community where I grew up.
Vielka Heron, MSW
Social Worker
I am Vielka Heron, a motivated bilingual (English/Spanish) Master Level Social worker whose provision of services focuses on Client Self-Determination, Social Justice, Advocacy, Client Support, and Sensitivity towards working with a diverse population. I have been with Senior Partners for the past four years and enjoy working with Older Adults.
Jeancarlo Torres
HUD Service Coordinator
I am Jeancarlo Torres, and I am the HUD Service Coordinator for Spring Creek Senior Partners. After earning my Master of Science in Organizational Psychology, I wanted a position that would allow me to improve the well-being of others and help them meet their needs. Spring Creek Senior Partners provides me with that opportunity, and I am eager to assist and advocate for everyone in need and leave a positive impact on the community.
Robin Devonish
NORC Supervisor
I am Robin Devonish, NORC Supervisor at Spring Creek Senior Partners. I have what many would call an eclectic background due to working in vast areas of Human Services over a 25-year span. I hold a master’s degree in human services administration and enjoy attending church, serving others, finding solutions for people, reading, and writing.
Alina Kondratyeva, RN
RN
I am Alina Kondratyeva, a Nurse with Spring Creek Senior Partners. I became a doctor in 2005 while residing in my native country of Russia. Since I was a child, I always wanted to help people, so entering the medical field was the best way. I came to the United States in 2011 and worked as a Medical Assistant until I received my credentials and license in nursing. In 2022 I joined VNS Health and enjoy working with the clients of Senior Partners.

Case Assistant
My name is Francisca Hilman. I'm the Case Assistant for Spring Creek Senior Partners. I've been working to help seniors for almost 20 years without them where would we be today.
