Our History

Spring Creek Senior Partners, Inc. (SCSP) was incorporated as a 501(c)3 in 2006 and became the lead agency for the Spring Creek NORC; prior to that the NORC SSP, which was established in 2000, was operated under the auspices of the Jewish Association and Services for the Aged (JASA). Since becoming the lead agency for the Spring Creek NORC, SCSP has coordinated efforts to serve older adults of the Spring Creek Towers community. With a staff of seven, including a community nurse, an LMSW and MSW and approximately 20 volunteers, almost all are seniors, SCSP provides social and supportive services to help ensure older adults can age in place successfully.
