A Matter of Balance: Fall Prevention Series
This program emphasizes practical strategies to manage falls.
Classes will be held twice a week for 4 weeks for 2 hours with a break in between and light snacks.
At the end of the sessions, you will receive a certificate and a small gift of appreciation from us.
