Veronica Revenco, RN
NORC Nurse
My name is Veronica Revenco.. I'm working with Spring Creek Senior Partners as a NORC RN. The entire office staff and my colleagues are a highly professional team and ready to help our clients at any time. From early childhood I felt my calling to help all those who nee help. I started my Nursing career at the age of 16. I studied and did my internship at the Central Hospital of Europe, in Bucharest, Romania. I completed my Master's degree at the State University of Moldova, In Europe with a major in Nursing Management. My work experience is varied in a Hospitals, Nursing homes. I was a Nurse Instructor in a Beth Israel Nursing school, Nurse Care Manager, Supervisor, Critical Care Nurse, private duty and Visiting Nurse. My practical experience is about 30 years, both in Europe and United States. I also speak several languages, including Romanian, Russian, Ukrainian, Italian. In my free time I like to devote myself to music, playing the piano, I like to sing, to grow flowers and also I like to travel and meeting new people.
Kayonne Rufus

Hi, my name is Kayonne (Kay-Yawn) Rufus and I work at Spring Creek Senior Partners as a Case Worker. I am a dedicated mother, entrepreneur, and natural creative with a deep love for fashion and self-expression. In 2019, I earned my master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, and I have had the unique experience of sitting on both sides of the counseling chair, as both a provider and a client. I firmly believe that emotional wellness is the key to living a life with less baggage, which equates to greater fulfillment. Beyond my professional pursuits, my deep love and respect for my 90-plus-year-old grandparents is what inspired me to work with seniors. I believe that a strong support system enhances one’s quality of life, making challenges easier to navigate. Since working at SCSP, I have developed a profound appreciation for the seniors. I love and appreciate their style, humor, and wisdom. Hearing their stories inspires me daily. My mission at SCSP is to create a space where seniors feel seen, heard, and valued. Whether through counseling referrals, or creative outlet, I am committed to helping them share their stories that they were never given the chance to tell. Through advocacy, compassion, and exceptional service, I strive to enhance their well-being while honoring their legacies and doing everything with love.
Talisha Vasquez
HUD Coordinator
My commitment to be of service to the community has been my passion since I was a child, and I do not see myself working in any other field. On my free time or days off, I help women, men, and children from Domestic Violence or incarcerated backgrounds find jobs, pantries, clothing, housing, and or resources they can utilize to better their situations. I also have been successful in mentoring two children ages 6 and 13, who expressed their love and care for all I have done for them and that's the best part of the work I do. I am grateful everyday to have the chance to provide all persons with the love care and understanding they need to feel heard seen and supported no matter their circumstances.
Amanda Moreau

Hello, I’m Amanda Moreau, currently employed at Spring Creek Senior Partners as a Clinical Case Worker. With over 15 years of experience working with the geriatric population, my goal and mission is to assist senior individuals in achieving their goals and meeting their ADL (Activities of Daily Living) needs. I am passionate and dedicated to my work at Spring Creek Senior Partners and look forward to growing and continuing to share my knowledge and experience with the staff and community.
Jade B. Williams
Coordinator Of Volunteers & Events
My name is Jade B. Williams and I am the Coordinator or Volunteers and Events here at Spring Creek Senior Partners. My role at SCSP is to help connect the older adults to resources that may assist them in different aspects of life. We have daily programs that allow SCSP clients to get moving, be creative, release feelings and receive helpful information & resources. Our volunteer program allows the older adult residents of Spring Creek to connect with one another and form real relationships. I strive to create a happy and informative environment that’s is a safe space for the older adults here in Spring Creek.
Jahiah Wilson
Executive Director
Mr. Wilson is currently the Executive Director at Spring Creek Senior Partners. Mr. Wilson obtained his Social Work Degree from Adelphi University, along with a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from St. Joseph’s University. Mr. Wilson is a dedicated and enthusiastic team-oriented professional whose accomplishments reflect strong leadership skills and a demonstrated commitment to organizational growth. Adept at designing and implementing innovative programs that produce maximum results with minimal cost. Mr. Wilson is proficient at achieving goals and addressing challenges through cultivating relationships, staff development, researching new funding sources, and managing multiple budgets. Energetic member of the New York City community. Mr. Wilson is very passionate about providing exemplary care and services for the older adult population. Mr. Wilson has served on various boards and committees throughout his professional career.
Jasmine Jennings

I am Jasmine Jennings, the Administrative Assistant at Spring Creek Senior Partners. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, lived in Spring Creek as a child, and graduated from P.S. 346. I love to dance, organize, and help out where I can. I really enjoy working for Spring Creek Senior Partners and with those in the community where I grew up.
Robin Devonish
NORC Supervisor
I am Robin Devonish, NORC Supervisor at Spring Creek Senior Partners. I have what many would call an eclectic background due to working in vast areas of Human Services over a 25-year span. I hold a master’s degree in human services administration and enjoy attending church, serving others, finding solutions for people, reading, and writing.
